  • Do I need a Womsh account to place the order?

    Yes, your account information, addresses and email preferences are in one place.

  • How can I receive the confirmation of my order?

    The order confirmation will be sent by email to the email address listed in your profile.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes you can, just email us at support@womsh.com within 24 hours.

Payment

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal and Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card on your site?

    We use SSL in order to encrypt all data, like credit card numbers, and other sensitive information that passes through our website. SSL encryption ensures that all communication between you and the website is confidential.

Shipping

  • How long does it take to ship?

    We will dispatch your order from Padua from Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. all requests are handled during these hours. Fulfilment of the order is considered completed only after registration of the payment of the order itself.

    The delivery terms listed in the delivery options indicate the period of time usually required to deliver the products. 

    - In Italy, within 3 working days of receipt of payment
    - In EU countries other than Italy, within 5 working days of receipt of payment
    - Outside the EU, within 7 working days of receipt of payment

    We will do our best to deliver your Womsh in accordance with the time specified.
     

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    We can easily change your shipping address if the parcel has not been dispatched yet. Send an email to support@womsh.com and we check if we are still on time!

  • How is the shipping cost determined?

    Free shipping on all orders.

  • I have not received my order, is it lost?

    Did you give us the correct address when ordering? We cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes in the address provided. If however everything is correct and you still have not received your order, please email us at support@womsh.com and we will do our best to track your parcel.

Return & Refund

  • How to return the product?

    If you are not happy with your order, we'll issue a refund if you return your items within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that:

    1. The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories) to the address below;
    2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (avoid affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging);
    3. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under your full responsibility of the customer and the transport costs for returning goods are your responsibility
    Womsh does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Under no circumstances will parcels with cash on delivery or carriage forward be accepted.

  • How long does it take to get a refund?

    Once we receive your package within refund timing, we will inspect it within 2-3 days and if everything looks fine your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7 days.

  • Can I change size and/or product different from the one I ordered?

    Sure, you can do it within 14 days as provided for in the Terms of Sale

Recycle your Womsh

  • Recycle your Womsh: how does it work?

    The procedure is very simple. You can book a courier to pick up your shoes by sending an email to support@womsh.com.
    You will receive a code by email to get a €10 discount coupon valid for 12 months, to be used when purchasing another pair of Womsh on our e-commerce website.
    Otherwise, you can hand in your Womsh at one of our retailers and receive a discount coupon to spend at the same shop.

Product care

  • How do I take care of and clean my Womsh?

    Womsh sneakers can be cleaned with water and some drops of dish soap and a simple sponge or cloth. They do not need to be dried as no water will be absorbed, wiping them dry is enough. There is no need for special detergents either. We would generally recommend you not to put your products in the washing machine neither immerse them in water. Take care of the Vegan range at the same way.
